Learning Links was once again invited to participate in Cronulla RSL‘s annual Trees of Hope initiative, which invites local charities to decorate a tree at the club and go in the running to win a share of $4000 in donations. Our Fundraising and Partnerships team had a wonderful time adorning our tree with beautiful handmade decorations skillfully crafted by the children from our inclusive preschool.
The decorations not only showcase the creativity of the children but also symbolise the inclusivity that Learning Links stands for. Every ornament tells a story of collaboration, diversity, and the collective effort to create a festive atmosphere filled with hope and joy.
As part of this wonderful initiative, visitors to Cronulla RSL have the opportunity to engage in the festivities by casting their votes for their favourite tree. With enough votes, visitors can play an important role in supporting Learning Links to provide vital education, psychology and speech therapy services to children in disadvantaged communities, enabling them to access the resources they need to learn, develop, and thrive.
Voting is open until Tuesday, December 19, providing ample time for community members and visitors to make their voices heard. We invite everyone to visit Cronulla RSL during the festive period, soak in the holiday spirit, and cast their votes for the enchanting Learning Links tree. Together, we can make a positive impact and create a brighter future for children in need.
Your participation in this initiative not only adds a touch of merriment to the holiday season but also contributes to the collective effort of making education and support accessible to every child, regardless of their background or circumstances. Thank you for being a part of the Trees of Hope initiative and supporting the vision of Learning Links.
