Michael Bromley is an experienced executive and non-executive director with a background in investment banking, digital transformation, and technology leadership. He is currently Founder and CEO of VentureSpark, a technology venture studio, and a board member of several organisations including Siblings Australia, SEQUAL LTD, Peopled, and the University of Sydney Union. Michael brings deep expertise in strategy, governance, and innovation, with a strong interest in education and inclusion. He is passionate about Learning Links’ mission to support children with learning difficulties and is committed to helping create lasting social impact through evidence-based programs and community engagement.
