We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Education Consultant to join our dedicated team and support the development of high-quality, evidence-based interventions that support children and teenagers with learning difficulties, including Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, and ADHD.

About the role

As an Education Consultant at Learning Links, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Education Manager to develop materials and processes to teach children and adolescents with learning difficulties. You'll help break the cycle of disadvantage by designing tailored educational programs grounded in best practice and current research.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the design of engaging materials for individual and small group interventions, face-to-face and online.
  • Creating resources to support parents and teachers in understanding and assisting students with learning challenges.
  • Supervising and supporting Education Specialists to maintain service quality and consistency.
  • Contributing to strategic growth and innovation in our education programs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A strong background in education or special education.
  • Experience working with students with learning difficulties such as Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, and ADHD.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate research into practical strategies for varied audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to professional growth.
  • Experience delivering professional development or training is highly desirable.
