Employee Assistance Program Our Employee Assistance Program is run by Converge International. This services offers employees and their immediate family members support and counselling for a broad range of personal and work related issues. MyRecruitment Plus MyRecruitment Plus is our recruitment software to support the recruitment and on-boarding process of new employees.
