Primary and High School Teachers (Early Stage One to Stage Four), Learning Support Teachers and Teacher’s Aides

Learning Links is running a FREE teacher professional learning opportunity exclusively for schools in the Camden and Campbelltown Council LGAs.

The TPL will cover the following topics:

  • Maths games – You will have a chance to play and learn maths games that your students can use to revise key maths skills using common classroom materials you already have.
  • Interpreting the WISC and knowing what comes next – A practical and informative guide to the children’s Weschler cognitive assessments.
  • Identifying and supporting students with speech and language difficulties – You will learn about the different types of speech/language difficulties that commonly impact children in the classroom as well as what to do if you are concerned about a student’s speech/language skills. You will leave with practical strategies and resources you can use in the classroom to support children with these difficulties.
