What’s it about?
Many children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) face challenges in mainstream settings and need additional support to play. This workshop combines theory with practical ideas and resources. It will outline how environments can promote the learning and inclusion of children with ASD and the use of visuals to support communication and behaviour. The impact of sensory issues on the child’s play and participation are also discussed.
