Customer Care Representative

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service/Reception/Administration/ superstar to join the team on a part time basis at our site in Gledswood Hills
Working 33 hours per week, the current roster is: Mon 11am – 5:30pm; Tues 11:30am – 5pm; Wed 9:30am – 4pm; Thurs 9am – 5:30pm; Sat 9am – 3pm. Applicants must be able to work every Saturday.
Your role
You will make a difference to the lives of our children and families as the first person our clients and families see and will exceed their expectations by providing exceptional customer service. It is this interaction which sets the tone for how we work together with our clients. In this role day to day, you will be:
- Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients both face to face and over the phone using empathy, patience and confidence
- Ensuring customer concerns are addressed quickly and in a manner that leaves them feeling good and confident in the ability of Learning Links to meet their needs
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Learning Links Products and Services to be able to provide direct and immediate support and guidance to customers face to face, via email, or on the telephone
- Ensuring all customer documents including invoicing, payments, reports, are accurate and processed as required to meet the customer’s needs.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in providing direct face to face customer service and managing effective customer relationships
- Sensible person with a flexible, can-do attitude who can work independently with minimal supervision
- You are goals oriented individual and always ensure tasks are completed with precision and in a timely manner
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication that is clear and concise
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have used Salesforce (desirable) or a CRM before.

Your team
Our Customer Care team at Learning Links play an important role to provide support to children, families as well as staff. The team is almost entirely virtual (as we have one CC Rep at each site) so you must be able to work independently. However, there is lots of connection online via IM on Teams, CC team meetings, staff briefings, and other company social events.
We also give our Customer Care team full license to decorate for events throughout the year – including Reconciliation NAIDOC week, Christmas, Harmony Day etc.
