Learning Links is the place for committed teachers to hone their teaching skills for the students who need it most and make a genuine difference in children’s education. Our teaching specialists can work at times and locations that fit into their busy schedules and gain expanded knowledge and skills for their own teaching through our comprehensive teacher professional learning programs.

Our therapists are part of a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team. Learning Links is a great place for new graduates to gain on the ground clinical experience with a diverse paediatric caseload, or for more experienced therapists to hone their clinical skills and mentor early career therapists. Our therapists are supported through clinical supervision, mentoring, and regular internal professional development delivered by experts in the field. Our therapists work in schools and in clinics with flexible working arrangements available. Are you an experienced Psychologist who enjoys contributing to the clinical direction of a team of motivated and engaged Psychologists, Provisional Psychologists, and our programs.  Our psychology services and programs are varied and delivered from our many service delivery centres and school-based programs across Sydney.  You will make a real difference for children, adolescents, and their families by building the skills, capability, and talent of our Psychologists to deliver effective evidence based, family centred practice.  If you would welcome the opportunity to work within a well-regarded, high quality Multidisciplinary Education Psychology Environment, and engage with others to share your skills and knowledge Learning Links would like to hear from you.  Learning Links offers a supportive and warm working environment with flexible working arrangements to fit in with other work, family, and or study commitments.  This role requires AHPRA supervisor authorisation.

The Learning Links Psychology Registration Program provides Provisional Psychologists with a complete program.  You can meet all your registrations requirements within a large supportive multidisciplinary team environment.  You will receive excellent Supervision from highly skilled professionals, be provided with varied learning opportunities, participate in Group Supervision, regular Professional Development, and specific Skill Development Workshops.  Our internships programs are flexible and can be full-time or part-time within the 4+2 or 5+1 pathway and can be completed with or without a placement option.  There are opportunities for paid Psychology related work.  If you enjoy collaborating with others in a trusting supportive culture to make a different to the lives of children, adolescents, and their families we would love to discuss our program and how it might meet your needs.

Learning Links Preschool welcomes Early Child Educators who are passionate about including children of all abilities and their families.

Our Preschool professionals are doing extraordinary things in their everyday work which positively impact on children, families, colleagues, other professionals, and the community.

You will work in a collaborative transdisciplinary team of experienced teachers, educators, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and provisional psychologists developing individualised programs for children in collaboration with families designed to enhance every child’s participation and learning.

Our exceeding rated inclusive community preschool has the unique benefit of support services offered by our larger organisation and was a recent finalist in the HESTA Early Childhood Education and Care Awards in the building inclusion category.

The preschool operates during school terms and has high staff to child ratios (1 to 4).

Learning Links Out of School Hours Care service at McCallums Hill Public School provides childcare workers with the opportunity to work in the school setting to deliver a recreation and learning program for children of diverse backgrounds and ability levels, guided by a quality learning framework (MyTime, Our Place for School Age Children in Australia). Many of our staff use the opportunity to work in a regulated program to gain on the ground learning that supports the development of their undergraduate or graduate careers.  The OOSH staff are supported by a highly experienced coordinator and can work on a casual basis Monday – Friday before and after school, and in vacation care periods.  Rosters are scheduled in advance and based on individual availability.

Our Charity Housie Workers play a unique role in supporting the charitable work of our organisation.  They work in small teams from the various locations of our NSW Club Partners across Sydney and regional NSW to run Charity Housie Sessions, also referred to as cash bingo in a way that is fun and engaging for the club patrons and delivers the financial support that our charity needs to deliver services to children in need.  If you love working with people, are friendly and outgoing please express your interest and we will contact you about the opportunities to work with Learning Links.

Learning Links service delivery is supported by a team of experienced support service roles that ensure our professional staff receive the support and resources they require to deliver exceptional best practices services to children, adolescents and their families from our education centres, and in schools across Sydney.  The Support Services staff build and maintain the resources that support our commitment to reach more children and families with our services in a way that ensures excellence in everything we do.  We are driven by continuous improvement, strategic growth, and building on our previous successes.
