Customer Care Representative

In this role you will work four days a week from Wednesday to Saturday.  With Saturday loading this allows you to get a full time rate for four days of work! 

You will be able to showcase your experience in Customer Care, Reception and/or Administration and exude warmth with your friendly welcoming approach.

Our Peakhurst office is the busiest and to help see as many children and families as possible, we work six days a week. Two days will be covered by a senior member of our Customer team who will provide all the training and support you need to be a success! 

Before you go too much further, this is the roster:

Working 34.5 hours per week: Wed 8:30am – 6:30pm; Thurs 8:30am – 6:30pm; Fri 8:30am – 5:00pm; Sat 8:30am – 4:30pm. We need someone to cover every Saturday. Weekdays can be flexible to fit in with your schedule.

Your Role

You will make a difference to the lives of our children and families as the first person our clients and families see in our Peakhurst office. Your ability to welcome everyone in and get them settled before their session will be key. 

Day to day you will be:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients both face to face and over the phone using empathy, patience and confidence.
  • Ensuring customer concerns are addressed quickly and in a manner that leaves them feeling good and confident in the ability of Learning Links to meet their needs.
  • Maintaining your comprehensive knowledge of Learning Links products and services to be able to provide direct and immediate support and guidance to customers face to face, via email, or on the telephone.
  • Ensuring all customer documents including invoicing, payments, reports, are accurate and processed as required to meet the customer’s needs.

You qualifications and experience

  • You will excel in this role if you have prior experience providing direct face to face customer service and managing effective customer relationships.
  • You are a sensible person with a flexible, can-do attitude who can work independently with minimal supervision. No micro-managing here! 
  • You are goals oriented individual and always ensure tasks are completed with precision and in a timely manner.
  • You have exceptional verbal and written communication. 
  • You have the ability to multitask to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have used Salesforce (desirable) or a CRM before.

Your team

Our Customer Care team at Learning Links play an important role in providing support to children, families as well as staff. Our team get togethers are almost entirely virtual (as we have one CC Rep at each site) so you must be able to work independently. However, there is lots of connection online via IM on Teams, CC team meetings, staff briefings, and other company social events.
