Administrative Support Officer
Learning Links are looking for an experienced administrator to support our Exceeding-Rated Preschool. This role will demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to clients and staff including, sharing skills and knowledge, responding positively to changing demands/priorities and communicating ongoing client information to the Preschool leadership team.
This role is a permanent part time role (working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:00am – 4:00pm. The successful applicant will work closely with our Early education Manager, Preschool Leadership team, Preschool and Early Education staff, therapists and broader organisational stakeholders.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Managing the children’s enrolment life cycle including NDIS
- Managing all aspects of client record/file management systems including hard copy and electronic files in accordance with policy and legislation requirements, and annually archive client files.
- Managing multiple email accounts, distribution lists and respond to enquiries and escalate or refer relevant information to Manager of Early Education a timely manner.
- Ensuring key documents including policies and procedures, risk registers, staffing documentation, day to day documentation is up to date, displayed and available as per Regulations and organisational policies.
- Organising all aspects of events and programs as directed by and in collaboration with the Preschool leadership team and organisation stakeholders.
- Managing and maintain the highest standard of confidentiality, privacy and security in managing client records IT systems and operational requirements as an early childhood provider including NDIS compliance.

About you
- Two plus years’ experience in an administrative role.
- High level of written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, SharePoint, Teams/Zoom, CCMS (Highly Desirable)
- Current Working with Children Check. And NDIS Clearance Check
- Salesforce experience highly desirable.
- Commitment to working in partnership with families and other professionals.
