Early Childhood Services
Early Childhood Services helps children from birth to six years including children who have a disability or are at risk of a developmental delay. This includes children who have difficulty learning because of a diagnosed disability such as Down Syndrome, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder or Dyspraxia. It may also include children whose development is delayed due to prematurity, birth trauma, hearing loss or other risk factors.
The early years are a crucial time and provide a unique chance to influence a child's life and maximise their ability to learn. |

Learning Links' Early Childhood Services offers a wide range of services to young children and their families. A team of therapists and educators work in partnership with families to plan and co-ordinate an individualised program to enhance the opportunities for each child. This collaboration is an essential part of our early childhood intervention philosophy.
We look at what the child can do, what they like to do and plan a program that will
help. By fostering communication, socialisation, confidence, movement, problem solving, attending and thinking skills through play, each child develops the foundations for lifelong learning. An early start to learning in a caring and supportive environment has long term benefits for the child, family and community.
Our families mostly live in Sydney's South and South West Regions. The local government areas include Sutherland, Hurstville, Kogarah, Rockdale, Bankstown, Liverpool and Fairfield.
Learning Links' Early Childhood Services receives funding to supplement the cost of services. We try to keep fees as low as possible and if fundraising allows, we may also be able to offer discounts for families experiencing financial difficulties.
